We are a small licensed family-run hotel, centrally located on Eastbourne seafront with uninterrupted sea view. Your hosts, Jason and Caron aim to provide exceptional service, a comfortable environment and value for money.

The hotel is an end of terrace Regency building with unopposed views of the sea and pier. We have 9 en suite rooms including double, family and twin rooms. All rooms have a colour TV and hospitality tray. We take pride in room cleanliness and ensure beds are comfortable so that a good night’s sleep is assured. Breakfast is served in the spacious bar/lounge area with magnificent sea views. We can cater for vegetarians and other special dietary needs. Children of all ages are welcome. Cots and high chairs are available.

By road, the main access from London is the A22. Regular trains and coaches operate from London Victoria to Eastbourne. London Gatwick airport is less than an hour away by car or rail link.
Parking is free and unrestricted on the sea front and surrounding side and back streets. It can be busy on weekends in high season, but you can usually find a space within 100 meters of the hotel.
The Atlanta hotel is situated on the seafront, approximately 350m east of the pier. Car parking on the seafront and neighbouring roads is free and unrestricted.
