Parsons School of Design in NYC is one of the best design schools in the US. In fact, it’s got a partnership with Project Runway which is one of the top fashion design shows in the states.

I have also heard about the London College of Fashion in the UK, but I cannot say whether or not it’s one of the best. Contact the admissions office there and ask for a list of distinguished alumni who have graduated from that school. That’s the best way to know whether it is reputable or not.
