England Made Me
All about England
Here’s some really easy and inexpensive Halloween decoration ideas for college students’ party:
1.Cotton balls stretched out to be cob webs and you can spray some red food coloring to look like blood and get some of those cheap plastic spiders to put in them. Better yet forget the decorations and put the money towards beer!
2.Use lots and lots of toilet paper and hang it from the ceilings and the wall and everywhere, then stuff trash bags and scatter them around the hallway.Or get some leaves from outside and scatter them around the hallway instead of trash bags.
3.Use stuff lying around the place. Cardboard boxes, white sheets, anything that you could get your hands on.
4.Crepe paper streamers & cut outs, the cheaper gourds & corn stalks. The idea of cotton cobwebs is a good one.
5.Cheese cloth soaked in tea or green food coloring makes neat looking “curtains” for halloween.
6.Get black paper and cut out bats, tape them to string and put them in your windows, if you have movement inside the “house” they’ll move and look creepy!
7.Get some white fabric and a permanent marker and some rubber bands or string and some kleenex. cut the fabric into 8×8″ squares then put some tissue on the fabric. then close the fabric around the kleenex so it looks like the kleenex is the head of a ghost. then draw a face on the fabric.
8.Get a big box and paint it a pretty design, cut out arm holes and a hole for your head, tuck your hair under a hat or hairnet and tape tissues to your head-box of tissues.
8.Go to the Famaily Dollar Store, 99 cents store, Wal-mart etc.
9.Use your printers and a clip art software or the internet. Print and cut out halloween decorations. Make a hanging person just add clothes.
10.Sliced plastic bags from the bottom up, (leaving the top unsliced), put a magic marker scary face on them, mounted them with string to the ceiling, then set a fan to blow them gently around- very effective & equally scary. The lights were low so the ‘fingers’ would stroke the faces or bodies of the guests. The strings were different lengths as were the bags. This would cost almost nothing.
Have fun!Happy Halloween!
