A list of some Cool lighting effects ideas for a halloween party:

1.Go to the hardware store and get some colored light bulbs, maybe even black lights.Please be aware that though stobe lighting is cool and fun, anyone with a seizure disorder is at risk around them. Even if they are not aware that they have a disorder. A few years ago we went trick or treating, only to find a real problem and a house with strobe lights. a guy with the disorder went into a seizure because of them. it ruined everyone’s fun, especially the guy.

2.Candles of course , as long as there are not too many children about.Otherwise go for Deep blue LED’s, cheap tp buy and create a great spooky nightime effect.

3.Get a bunch of pumpkins, and christmas white lights, then clean out the pumpkin and skewer the pumpkin in a bunch of places, then push the bulbs of the lights through the holes. It’ll glow wickedly!

4.Try the orange colored light bulbs they have at Walmart/Target. Also use black lights in the corners and orange and white Christmas light strands and twist them together around the ceiling.

5.Fog machine, flickering candle lightbulbs, black-lights, regular lights through prisms, colored lightbulbs, etc.
