Here’s some suggestions of best places to watch fireworks on Guy Fawkes Night in UK:

1.Organised by Bristol City Council on the ‘Downs’ (at the top of Whiteladies Road): a great open space, lots of 20 & 30-somethings as well as families. Usually, there’s a bunch of rides, big wheels, hot dog stand …etc. But the best thing is that people usually hang around afterwards to drink, eat and dance!

2.Portsdown Hill, Portsmouth. You can see the whole of the city from up there.

3.Stirling castle in scotland.

4.Anywhere in Lewes but beware all the bigots.Lewes has one of the most spectacular shows, but if you’re Catholic you might take exception to the burning of the pope in effigy.
