England Made Me
All about England
The picturesque village of Grasmere is situated on the shores of Lake Grasmere, to the north of Lake Windermere.
The village is of course most famous for its connections with William Wordsworth, and hundreds of visitors arrive each day to visit his former home Dove Cottage.
The village is also where the famous poet is buried, his grave is in the pretty churchyard of St Oswald’s Church.
