England Made Me
All about England
Friendly but efficient hotel in the centre of Eastbourne’s elegant seafront. Very close to shops & theatres. Superb seafront restaurant with seafood specialities. Sun terrace for ‘al fresco’ lunches.
In a central position of what is probably the most attractive seafront promenade in the country, stands the Chatsworth Hotel. This splendid Edwardian building has an air and atmosphere that has made it a popular location for TV period dramas and a happy return, year after year for many Chatsworth regulars. Since taking over the Chatsworth, Managing Director Peter Hawley has carried out an extensive refurbishment programme which has brought out the best in the traditional qualities of the hotel whilst at the same time developing the modern comforts that we all expect these days. Inside is every facility. During the season there is always something happening at the Chatsworth… music, entertainment, a twice weekly dance, and even an occasional evening of mystery and murder. But whenever you want to look a little further afield for your leisure, you’re just a few steps away from the beach and within very easy walking distance of Eastbourne’s theatres and super town centre shopping.
