Ideas on making a simple homemade Halloween costume:
1.Use a pair of black panty hose and stick old 45 records or double strength paper plates and insert one in each foot. scrunch it up and put the undie part on your head like a hat. You now have Minnie Mouse ears. So continue on and put on big fake eyelashes with lot’s of eyeliner. Put on a red dress and go have fun.

2.Blow up an bunch of green balloons and attach them to you all over put green felt on your head and go as a bunch of grapes.
3.Use a white sheet and make eye holes and a mouth hole anad be a ghost.
4.Buy three fig leaves and a bottle of Elmer’s Glue and go as Eve.
5.Buy duct tape and get two XL soda bottles. wrap the duct tape around it and u got jet packs. find an out fit that matches and u can be something involving jet packs. like an alien or a superhero or whatever u wanna be. save some money and stand out.
6.Take an old dress and cut it to make it look kinda ratty. take ketchup or buy actual fake blood and put it on the dress. Paint your face white and add black makeup for the eyes and lips. Muss up your hair a little and your all ready to be a dead party girl.
