Here’s some useful Thanksgiving Tips on how to make a turkey step by step:

Debone the turkey and place it with white meat on one platter and dark on another platter so don’t need the golden brown turdey. But the turkey cooked this way comes out falling apart tender and very good.

Rinse the turkey and pat dry with paper towels. Place in a pam sprayed deep roaster. Spray the turdey with butter flavored pam and salt and pepper. Add about a cup of water and cover with foil tightly. Bake in a 310* oven for 6 to 8 hours.

Put the turkey in the oven at about 11:00 pm and cook it over night. Then if it is done the next morning turn the oven to warm and let it set until you are ready to make the pan of dressing. You will have lots of broth so make sure to use a deep roasting pan. And use the broth to make your dressing. Being sure to save enough to make the gravy.
