To be a bag of jelly bellys on Halloween Party,you will need:

1.white trash bag

2.bag of water ballons (as many as you want)

3.sharpie

4.scissors

What to do:

1.Fill the water ballons with air and then write on the m the jelly belly logo, or write fun messages.

2.Layout the trash bag flat and cut out holes for your head and arms.

3.Write on the front of the bag jelly bellys and on the back draw a little nutrition box(make it fun).

4.Put tthe bag on and start filling it with the ballons. and there you go!
