Here’s some Outrageously funny Halloween costume ideas:

1.A can of Budweiser. Just make a front and back label with posterboard.Shouldn’t cost you more than $10 to make.

2.Go as a pinata — wear a padded suit and cover it with “frilly” trim you can buy in the fabric department of WalMart or in a fabric store.

3. Be a “chip monk” — wear a monk’s robe and pin bags of potato chips all over it.

4. Be a “cereal” killer — all black clothes and a butcher knife stabbed through a box of Rice Krispies.

5.Be a traffic cone.Just look for a fake soft cone at a costume store but if u cant find one just use the real thing. and wear a orange shirt. or you could be darth vader!

6. Be a litter bug.where a trash can and glue paper and old cereal boxes to it and get some glittery atteneas.cheap to make but really funny.

7.Be a table. Cut a hole in a large square of cardboard for your head. Cut the bottom out of a basket to put your head in the middle of and put fake flowers around the sides of the basket. Glue a cheap red and white check tablecloth to the cardboard, and also paper plates with fake food (toy store). Glue plastic silverware and cups to the tabletop as well. You can wear anything you want underneath it since the tablecloth hangs down over your top half anyway.

8.Go as a role of Charmin toilet paper. Wear white tights and made a cylinder out of poster board (2 pieces),then put quiting batting around it and wrap it in clear plastic wrap. Have a picture of the Charmin bear “cha cha cha” on the front and made the front look just like the wrapper from a role of Charmin.Then take pieces of real toilet paper and pinned them in their hair all over. It was really cute.

9.Wearing giant wings would be so cool for almost any costume. Bat wings, angel wings, devil wings. You could be a demon, angel… Anything is scarier and more fun with giant wings! Zombie with skeleton wings! Ghost with angel wings!

10.A grape squeezing lady from Italy….full skirt, off the shoulder shirt, long black wig, lots of black eye makeup, and discolor the bottom of your legs purple…crayon works, food coloring, dark purple eye shadow maybe and wear some of those black ballerina type shoes.Maybe some purple knee highs.

11.Be an Oil Slick!Dress in all black, and use safety pins to attach paper fish all over her body. The fish had sickly looks on their faces, tongues hanging out.

12.Be a diffrent kind of cereal killer you carry aroudn a regular box of cereal empty and carry around a spoon and put a dribble of milk on your clothes and chin and make a poster of you as mosted wanted for being a cereal killer.

13.Dress like one of those old english judges. Dress like a male, which would make it that much more funnier. You know, with the white wig and gown. But you must have a mallet to complete the outfit.

14.Dress as a construction worker. A male one. Get a fake big mustache, hard hat w/ flashlight on it(tuck your hair in your hat), jumper suit with suspenders, construction boots, and carry a hammer.

15.Curlers and toilet paper tied in your hair bunny slippers.
