England Made Me

All about England

Cardiff’s Techniquest is the world’s biggest interactive science and discovery centre, and as you would expect it is a big hit with kids young and old.It is open daily but hours vary according to day so do check in advance.

With numerous hands-on exhibits, experiments for you to have a go at, a laboratory, a science theatre and even a planetarium, there is plenty to keep everyone occupied for ages.

The attraction was founded in 1986 with the aim of developing people’s understanding of science and technology. And it has been such a success that now over 100,000 people visit every year.

Techniquest is located on Stuart Street, opposite the Welsh Industrial and Maritime Museum, in the Cardiff Baypart of the city.
