England Made Me
All about England
Bournemouth has considerable associations with the family of famed 19th century poet Percy Bysshe Shelley.
Boscombe Manor was once the home of his son, and today the house is a museum dedicated to the poet and his circle of literary associates.
With all manner of personal memorabilia, this museum is a must for fans of the poet, or indeed anyone with a literary interest.
The Shelley Rooms are located in Shelley Park in Boscombe, and are open daily except Mondays from 2pm to 5pm. Admission is free.
